Clinic Accessibility
All Evolve clinics are designed for accessibility. Features at each clinic include:
- Wheelchair-accessible entrance, treatment area, and washrooms
- Accessible parking immediately adjacent to the entrance
- Patient transfer assistance available (please advise at booking)
- Treatment in monoplace chambers that accommodate a range of patient sizes and mobility levels
- Service animals welcome in waiting areas (chamber environments do not permit animals inside the pressurized chamber for safety reasons; we work with patients and service-animal teams on accommodations)
- Hearing-loop or assistive listening devices available on request at consultation
Communication Supports
If you require an interpreter, a sign-language interpreter, alternative communication formats, or other accommodation for a consultation or treatment visit, please notify us at booking so we can arrange the support in advance.
Multi-Year Accessibility Plan
Evolve maintains a multi-year accessibility plan in compliance with AODA. The plan covers customer service, information and communications, employment, and the built environment of our clinics. The plan is reviewed annually and available on request.
Training
All Evolve staff complete AODA customer-service training and ongoing privacy and accessibility refreshers.
