Evolve Hyperbarics was founded by a small group of practicing physicians who, in their day-to-day work in interventional radiology, family medicine, palliative care, and surgical assist, kept seeing the same gap: patients with complex wounds, radiation injuries, and other conditions where standard treatment had reached its limit — and where the published evidence supported HBOT — but no nearby clinic existed that could deliver it.

We built one. Then a second. Today, Evolve is the largest physician-supervised hyperbaric oxygen therapy network in Ontario, structured as a federation of regional clinics — Champagne Hyperbarics in North York, Brampton Hyperbarics & Wound Care, York Hyperbarics in Newmarket, Sudbury Hyperbarics & Wound Care, Simcoe Hyperbarics in Barrie, with Durham Hyperbarics in Whitby opening July 2026. Each clinic is a regional node: locally named, locally rooted, physician-led on the ground. The network is what stands behind them — shared protocols, shared physician oversight, shared infrastructure, and the ability to coordinate care across locations when patients need it.

Every Evolve location is medically supervised by a physician registered with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) who holds formal hyperbaric medicine training. As an OHIP-approved provider, we treat 9 OHIP-covered conditions across our Ontario clinics, alongside a smaller set of investigational private-pay indications where peer-reviewed evidence is emerging.
