Dr. Omar Qureshi is a hyperbaric physician with Evolve Hyperbarics at our Durham (Whitby) clinic. He brings a family medicine and urgent care background to hyperbaric care, with more than a decade of practice in the Durham region.
Dr. Qureshi earned his MD from St George’s University in 2006 and completed his residency in family medicine at the University at Buffalo in 2010. He is certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) and holds Fellow of the College of Family Physicians of Canada (FCFP) recognition. He completed the Introductory Course in Hyperbaric Medicine in 2026.
Dr. Qureshi has been practicing in the Durham region since 2010, providing primary care in a community he is also proud to live in. He looks forward to providing the best care possible using the benefits of hyperbaric oxygen therapy to treat a variety of approved conditions.
