Dr. Chen earned his MD from the University of Toronto in 2016 and completed his residency in family medicine at Queen’s University in 2018. He is certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CCFP). He completed the Introductory Course in Hyperbaric Medicine in 2026.
Dr. Chen also serves as an Investigative Coroner at the Office of the Chief Coroner of Ontario, and holds an academic appointment as Adjunct Academic, Assistant Professor, in the Department of Medicine at Queen’s University. He sees patients in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese, and is proud to offer a variety of treatment options, including hyperbaric medicine, to patients with OHIP-covered indications.
