Dr. Chien Li is a hyperbaric physician with Evolve Hyperbarics at our Durham (Whitby) clinic. He brings three decades of family medicine experience and academic leadership to hyperbaric care.
Dr. Li earned his BSc and MD from Western University in 1995 and completed his residency in family medicine at McMaster University in 1997. He is certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CCFP) and holds Fellow of the College of Family Physicians of Canada (FCFP) recognition. He completed the Introductory Course in Hyperbaric Medicine in 2026 and holds the Certificate of Added Qualification in Hyperbaric Medicine (CAQ-HP).
Dr. Li practices as an FHO physician at Taunton Health Centre and holds an academic appointment as Associate Professor, Department of Family Medicine, at Queen’s University. He sees patients in English, Hindi, Urdu, and Mandarin, and is passionate about hyperbaric medicine for sudden sensorineural hearing loss and diabetic foot ulcers.
